Here's what we are looking for:

Proven experience in drainlaying.
New Zealand Qualified and Registered Drainlayer or currently completing your apprenticeship.
Clean full driver’s license.
Ability to work unsupervised, manage your own jobs, and mentor apprentices.
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality.
Excellent people skills, both with team members and clients.
