We’re growing and looking for an experienced Civil Drainlayer to join our team.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys a good variety of work, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports each other. Here, you’ll be trusted, respected, and backed to grow, and no two days will look the same.
What You'll Be Doing:

Install stormwater and wastewater systems.

Work from plans, levels and set-outs.
-
Support operators and work alongside a skilled team.
-
Ensure tidy and efficient worksites.
-
Complete QA & council compliance checks.
-
Help grow and set the standard for the drainage team.
-
Liaise with managers and clients, communicating progress and resolving issues.
-
Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
-
Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets, progress photos, and documentation.
What You'll Bring:

Civil drainage experience (2+ years preferred).

Knowledge of drainage processes and industry standards.
-
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
-
Relevant trade qualifications (Level 4 Infrastructure Certificate preferred).

Solid understanding of council standards.
-
A calm, reliable, solutions-focused mindset.
-
Genuine pride in quality work.
-
Team player who gets stuck in and supports others.

Full licence (WTR or drainlaying qualification a bonus).
