We’re looking for a skilled Drainage Digger Operator to join our team.

This role suits someone who takes pride in tidy trenching, accurate digging, and working closely with ground crew to get the job done right. If you enjoy variety, want to work with good people, and like being trusted to run your machine well, you’ll fit right in here.
What you'll do
-
Operate excavators for drainage crews

Cut trenches, dig manholes, and prepare pipe runs
-
Work closely with drainlayers and labourers on site
-
Load trucks, manage spoil, and backfill safely
-
Maintain tidy work areas and look after your gear
-
Assist with site set-out and levels where needed
-
Jump out and help the team when required, no lone rangers here
What you bring
We’re selective about who joins our team because maintaining our positive and supportive culture is essential. Here’s what we need from you:

Competent on 5–20T machines

Experience in drainage or civil works
-
Strong attention to levels and trench safety

Ability to work with a team and follow site plans
-
Reliable, steady, and thoughtful operator — not a cowboy

Full licence (WTR preferred)

Positive attitude and pride in your work
