Feary Group is looking for an Experienced Earthworker / Foreman to join our team. We’re after someone with solid hands-on experience in earthworks and site works — someone who knows their way around cut and fills, floor slab preps, and general site works, and can jump on a machine or get stuck in on the ground when needed.

This is a practical role for an all-rounder who’s confident across earthworks and enjoys variety in their day. You’ll work independently or alongside crews to deliver quality outcomes — from residential house pads through to large commercial site works.
What You'll Be Doing:

Completing earthworks jobs of varying scale — residential, commercial, and subdivision site works

Operating machinery independently or with team support, depending on project size

Carrying out cut & fill operations, floor slab preparations and commercial site works

Operating plant such as skidsteers, excavators, rollers, and loaders
-
Reading plans and following set-outs accurately

Assisting with general site tasks where needed

Keeping safety and quality at the front of everything you do
What You'll Bring:

Strong experience in commercial earthworks and site works
-
Confidence operating a range of plant (skidsteer essential)

Solid knowledge of cut & fills, slab preps, and civil site works
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and a positive attitude

Full driver’s licence (WTR and Class 2+ preferred)
